Cylinder Position Sensor Calibration
NOTE:
Refer to
captures.
A cylinder position sensor is optional on the Pro
−
Meter V2K.
1. Log into HMI Pendant. Proceed to
HMI Pendant Login
for login
information.
2. Proceed to
Valve Setup
HMI Pendant screen. Note the following:
Back up mechanical stroke adjuster until the air cylinder is allowed to
fully stroke both directions.
Completely retract the meter by pressing the
Advance Rods
push
button.
Completely extend the meter by pressing the
Return Rods
push button.
3. Proceed to the
POSITION SENSOR CALIBRATION
HMI Pendant
screen. Note the following:
Enter the
Scaled Distance (mm)
valve into the
0 mm Cal Value (mA)
data entry field.
Proceed to
Valve Setup
HMI Pendant screen. See Step 2.
Press the
Return Rods
push button so that the meter is fully extended.
See Step 2.
Enter the
Scaled Distance (mm)
valve into the
Full Scale mm Cal Value
(mA)
data entry field.
The
Zero Offset
field is not utilized.
Linear Speed Control Calibration
NOTE:
Linear speed control is optional on the Pro
−
Meter V2K.
1. Position the air actuator flow control valve in the open position.
NOTE:
The air actuator flow control valve must be in the open position to
accommodate functioning of the linear speed control. The flow control valve
positioned closest to the gravity tank bracket is utilized to control the
dispense speed. See
Air Actuator Flow Adjustment.
2. Set the linear speed control dial to 0.
3. Adjust the linear speed control dial until the desired dispense speed is
obtained.
