11. Install clear tubing to the bleed valves on the metering cartridge
assemblies.
CAUTION:
Utilize a cup, or suitable container, to collect bled material.

12. Position the ball valves to the OPEN position.
13. Open bleed valves located on the metering cartridge assemblies.
14. Allow material to flow until air bubbles are no longer observed in the
clear tubing.
15. Close bleed valves located on the metering cartridge assemblies.
16. Proceed to the
Dispense 1
HMI Pendant Screen and note the following:
Select
Manual Mode
push button.
Dispense material via the dispense valve until air is no longer observed.
Proceed to the
Valve Setup
HMI Pendant Screen.
Place carriage in the METER FULL POSITION. See Step 10.
CAUTION:
Utilize a container to collect dispensed material.
17. Proceed to
Main Menu
HMI Pendant Screen.
18. Select
SETUP LOGIN
push button to proceed to
Setup Login
HMI
Pendant Screen.
19. Select the
Logout
push button.
