4. Touch/click the start button (Fig. 22-1 no. 1) on the display and operating module and
stand still for the period of measurement. The measurement spot readings are trans-
mitted to and indicated in the display module automatically.
Measurement values can be overwritten with a new measurement if the first meas-
urement should have been “unclear”.

The measurement period is defined previously in the >Application< / >Measurement
Place< menu. If required, it is possible to abort the measurement by pressing the
start key while the measurement is running (the information that the measurement
period has been shorter than set by default will be saved together with the measured
value).
5. Go to the next measurement spot and repeat the procedure.
As soon as all measurement spots have been measured the transmitter automatically
recommends saving the readings. Do so to retain the data gained.
6. After finishing (saving) the measurement turn the transmitter off with the on/off switch
to save battery power.
