Viewing Two-Way Messages Later
If you choose either “Later” or “Skip” when notified of a new Two-Way
Message, the alert will be stored in your Net Mail Inbox and the message will be
stored in the Two-Way Messaging Inbox.
There are two ways to view stored Two-Way Messages: from the Net Mail
Inbox or from the Two-Way Messaging home page.
Accessing Two-Way Messages from your Net Mail Inbox

From Phone mode, press

under “Mail”.
Scroll to highlight “Net Mail” and press

under “OK”.

From Net mode, press

under “Inbox”.

The Net Mail Inbox opens and displays “New
Two-Way Message.” Press
o
under “OK”.
A list of Two-Way Messages is displayed. An
asterisk indicates unread messages.

Scroll to highlight the message you wish to read and press
o
under
“View”.
• The message is displayed along with the date and time the message
was sent.
• If a message includes a phone number, you may automatically dial
that number by scrolling to highlight the phone number and pressing
o
under “Call”. Phone numbers must be in one of the following
formats: 703-555-1212, (703) 555-1212, or [7035551212].
• To forward the message, press
n
to change the menu options. Press
o
under “Fwd” to display the “Forward to Address” screen. From
this screen, you may forward the message to a New Address, a Sent
Address or someone in My Addresses (Address Book).
