NOTE: Plus dialing and pause dialing strings are not supported dialing
formats with Address Book. To add Plus Dialing to your phone
numbers, see “Pre-Pend Feature” on page 27.
Internet Contact Information: Enter up to three email addresses and one Web
site address per contact. Additional information may be stored in the
Personalized Fields and Notes sections.
Personalized Fields and Notes: Use these fields to capture additional contact
information, such as client notes, account numbers, additional email addresses,
birthdate, etc.
NOTE: Remember to click the save button to save your entry.
Importing Contacts
An efficient method for adding contacts to your Address Book is to import a
group of contacts from Microsoft Outlook or your Nextel Account.
From your Nextel Account
You may import contact information from the Nextel account on which your
phone resides.
From Microsoft Outlook
Before importing contacts from Microsoft Outlook, you will need to create an
export file (CSV file).

From the Address Book sub-navigation bar, click Import.

Choose Nextel Account and click continue.
The first 1000 account entries will be displayed alphabetically along
with a count of the total number of Address Book entries available.

Select the entries you would like to import by clicking the button to the
left of the entry. You may select up to 500 entries to import.

Click Import Now.

From the Address Book sub-navigation bar, click Import.

Choose Microsoft Outlook and click continue. A count of the total
number of Address Book entries available will be displayed.

Follow the online instructions to create your Outlook export file. Once
created, click continue.

Select Browse to locate the export file. Click import now.

All your Outlook contacts will be imported into your Address Book.
