7-16 Troubleshooting
Memory dump (debug information) cannot be collected when a failure occurs:

Make sure that the partition (e.g. /var/crash) to which memory dump (debug
information) is stored has enough free disk space.
A CPU/IO module cannot be integrated:

When reinstallation is done due to a failure in a component, the reinstallation may
stop with the following message recorded in a log file. If this occurs, MTBF of the
component does not reach the threshold and the reinstallation cannot be performed
as it is determined that repair is needed. Typically, device replacement is required.
Contact your maintenance service engineer. Should any reason requires, you can
forcefully reinstall the currenlty used device through consultation with the
maintenance service engineer.

Screen under changing (distorted display) can be seen when screen resolution is
changed:

If screen resolution is changed while the entire system is under high load, screen
under changing (distorted display) may be seen.
This is because screen update is taking time to complete due to high load in the
system. This is not because an error is occuring.
The screen will return to normal if you wait awhile.
Screen can not be shown when the screen size of the display is changed:
→
After
the screen size of the display is changed, if the failover occurred, the screen
may not be shown. If the screen size is changed, be sure to restart the OS.
