nes the basic settings for each extension. Use
15-01-01:
Extension Name
to enter an extension’s name for Directory Dialing. (You can also enter an extension’s
name from the telephone.) For information on the other

(Ext Name)
Enter the name for each extension (up to 12 characters, A-Z, using upper and lower case letters).
Do not use
non-alpha characters.
To separate a
fi
rst name from a last name, enter a space or comma as a delimiter. You
can enter names in any of the following formats:

You can also use Name Programming from the telephone to enter extension names (CALL + 800 or PGM
15-07/SC 851: 55). For help with programming names, see
