Programming Department Calling Group Over

ow for a DIL to the Master Number
Step 1
Set up the Department Group.

16-02-01: Department Group Assignment for Extensions.
- Assign telephone extensions to a Department Group.

By default:
- Telephone extensions are assigned to Department Group 1.
- IntraMail extensions (343-350) are assigned to Department Group 8.

11-07-01: Department Group Pilot Numbers
- Assign master (pilot) numbers to Department Groups.

By default:
- The IntraMail Department Group (8) uses master number 700.
- No other Department Group master numbers are assigned.
Step 2
Set up a DIL for the Department Group.

22-02-01: Incoming Call Trunk Setup
- Assign Service Type

to each trunk you want to be a DIL. Make a separate entry for each
Night Service mode.

- For each DIL you want to ring the Department Group directly, enter the Department Group
master number.

Step 4
Set up the Department Group Master Mailbox.
