Step 1
Set up Trunk Group Routing.

cation callouts use Trunk Group Routing (dial 9) when selecting outbound routes.

Set the maximum number on incomplete callout attempts.

tion callout. This total includes unacknowledged callouts, callouts to a busy destination,
and callouts to an unanswered destination. This option applies to pager and non-pager call-
outs. The default setting for this option is 5.
