7.8 - Change the Password
7.8.1. – The password is set to SECRET by default but can be changed for
added security. Send the following message to change the password (for
example to ‘ BICYCLE’) :
7.8.1.1. - Secret, password, bicycle

7.9 - Set Up Channels
7.9.1. - The Monitor System Channels can be set up to operate in several
formats (e.g. as an alarm channel, a monitoring channel or a switching
channel), not all channels can do all functions. The system has a default
configuration and in most situations connecting the ancillaries to a
compatible channel is all that will be required, table 4.2.1 shows the
default configuration.

7.10. - Set Up Key Fobs
7.10.1.
– Each Key Fob supplied has its own code set during manufacture,
the code will be a number between 1 and 1024, up to three key fob codes
can be configured (but any number of key fobs can be configured to the
same code - this has to be requested prior to supply) to register the key
fob with the control unit send the unit the following message (the example
shown is setting up key fob number 3 with a unique code of 982): -

7.10.2. - To check the code of the key fob send the unit the following
message (the example shown is checking the code of key fob number 2): -
