Function assignment of external terminal and control
4.11.6 Detection of output frequency (SU, FU signal, Pr. 41 to Pr. 43)
The inverter output frequency is detected and output at the output signals.

9999
0 to 400Hz

rotation.
9999
Same as
Pr. 42
setting
The above parameters can be set when
Pr. 160 User group read selection
= "0".
(1) Up-to-frequency sensitivity (SU signal,
Pr. 41
)
When the output frequency reaches the set frequency, the
up-to-frequency signal (SU) is output.
The
Pr. 41
value can be adjusted within the range 0% to
±
100% on the assumption that the set frequency is 100%.
This parameter can be used to ensure that the running
frequency has been reached to provide the operation start
signal etc. for related equipment.
When using the SU signal, set "1 (positive logic) or 101
(negative logic)" in
Pr. 190 to Pr. 192 (output terminal function
selection)
to assign function to the output terminal.
(2) Output frequency detection
(FU signal,
Pr. 42, Pr. 43
)
The output frequency detection signal (FU) is output when
the output frequency reaches or exceeds the
Pr. 42
setting.
This function can be used for electromagnetic brake
operation, open signal, etc.
Frequency detection that is dedicated to reverse operation
can be set by setting detection frequency to
Pr. 43
. This
function is effective for switching the timing of
electromagnetic brake operation between forward rotation
(rise) and reverse rotation (fall) during vertical lift operation,
etc.
When
Pr. 43
≠
"9999", the
Pr. 42
setting is used for forward
rotation and the
Pr. 43
setting is used for reverse rotation.
REMARKS
The FU signal is assigned to the terminal FU in the initial setting. The FU signal can also be assigned to the other terminal by
setting "4 (positive logic) or 104 (negative logic)" in any of
Pr. 190 to Pr. 192
.
All signals are OFF during DC injection brake.
The output frequency to be compared with the set frequency is the output frequency before slip compensation is performed.
NOTE
Changing the terminal assignment using
Pr.190 to Pr.192 (output terminal function selection)
may affect the other
functions. Set parameters after confirming the function of each terminal.
