Operation condition setting completion flag (RWr0.b9)
To change the module settings during operation, write the setting data and then turn on the Operation condition setting
request flag (RWw0.b9). After the operation condition is changed, Operation condition setting completion flag (RWr0.b9) turns
on.
When the operation condition setting is requested, Warning code (RWr2) is set to 0000H and Warning status flag (RWr0.b12)
is turned off.
If the cause of the current error has been removed, Error code (RWr1) is set to 0000H, and Error status flag (RWr0.b10) is
turned off.

Error status flag (RWr0.b10)
Error status flag (RWr0.b10) turns on when a moderate error or major error occurs. Removing the cause of the error
(excluding a watchdog timer error) and turning on Error clear request flag (RWw0.b10) resets Error code (RWr1) to 0000H
and turns off the Error status flag (RWr0.b10).
If Error clear request flag (RWw0.b10) is turned on before removing the error cause, the error will be cleared but the Error
status flag (RWr0.b10) will be turned on again as long as the error cause remains.
When a major error has occurred, the error clear operation is not available.
Multiple errors occurring on multiple channels can be cleared collectively.
(1) The setting value is changed by a program.
(2) The operation starts with the default settings.
(3) The operation starts with the parameter setting value A.
