U101 Setting high voltages
Description
Changes the developing bias voltage and transfer voltage by changing the
developing bias control voltage and transfer control voltage. Also checks
the transfer output voltage.
Purpose
To check and change high voltages other than the main charger voltage.
Start
1. Press the start key. The screen for selecting an item is displayed.
2. Select the item to be set or checked using the cursor up/down keys.
3. Press the start key. The screen for the selected item is displayed.

Description
Setting the developing bias
1. Select the item to be adjusted using the cursor up/down keys. The
selected item is displayed in reverse.
2. Change the setting using the cursor left/right keys.

DB DATA values corresponding to the drum ranks are displayed on
the message display. When replacing the drum, be sure to set the DB
DATA value to the figure corresponding to the letter (A, B or C)
situated at the left end of the figure printed on the drum flange.

3. Press the start key. The value is set.
