The Basic screen is the initial screen that appears when the copier is turned ON.

1. Supplementary Function Keys
• Select the Auxiliary, Finishing, Orig.

Copy, or Basics function.

2. Message Display
• Shows the current copier status, operating instructions and precautions, and other data

including the number of copies selected.

3. Basic Display
• Select the Text & Photo, Zoom, or Paper function.
