Fusing Unit Cleaning Mechanism

(1)

Fusing Oil Application Mechanism

• Oil is applied to the Fusing Belt to prevent offset and ensure better paper separation.
• Toner sticking to the Fusing Belt is removed with the Web by way of the Oil Donor Roller.

Oil Coating Roller

• The Oil Coating Roller cleans the Lower Fusing Roller, prevents offset, and ensures bet-

ter paper separation.
