5.3 Pneumatic Circuit System Problems

The pneumatic circuit system is mainly composed of gas supplies, anesthetic gas delivery
system, anesthetic gas delivery device (vaporizer), anesthetic ventilator, breathing system
and anesthetic gas scavenging system. This chapter details possible failures regarding the
pneumatic circuit system and how to troubleshoot them.
