Collector Timeout
parameter correctly. After this time-out period has expired, the
keys pressed by the remote user will be captured and used to facilitate Voice Hairpinning. We recom-
mend a value of 5 seconds.

Notes:
The
Trunk Access Code
and
Local Access Code
parameters are required for Voice Hairpinning in
this 2 to 1 configuration.
If a remote user reports that it takes too long to make a local call, you may have to reduce the
Collector
Timeout
parameter and the corresponding PBX setting.

Line Appearance Keys
parameter. Set this parameter to
identify the function keys on the remote telephone which indicates the line is active. The remote user
answers a call by pressing a Line Appearance Key.

parameter matches the setting in the PBX.
