IMPORTANT! Always start binding with some product on the pick-up, in other words while
picking-up forage!
1)
Switch on the “FF Control” unit turning the switch to the
“ON”
position.
2)
When the pressure gauge reaches the setting (bale formed) the
“STOP”
light comes on together with an
acoustic signal
3)
At this point press the
TWINE binding
button
and
hold it down until the twine is pulled by the rotation of
the bale into the forming chamber.

Wait for the trolley to complete its entire path and until the twines are cut.
If the twine is not cut sharpen the blade of the knife
only on the cutting edge as indicated in the figure.

For very short products a second pass of twine may
be useful. This can be done by keeping the cord “
F
”
pulled so that the twine guide trolley can do a second
pass.

:
The twine braking device must apply a resistance of about 1 kg to the running of the twine. The
resistance can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the screws that compress the springs.
CAUTION!
Do not start work without the guards in place.
