9.8.3_REPLACING THE PICK-UP TINES
WARNING! If the pick-up tines mounted on the roll-holder of the pick-up have
to be replaced
Stop the tractor, remove the keys from the dashboard and wait for all the
moving parts of the machine to stop completely.
Switch off the control system.
Loosen the 4 screws

(2 above and 2 below) which fix the band
"

corresponding to the tine to be replaced and then pull out the
band, passing the head of the screws

through the hole of the slot
located on the band.
Unscrew the bolt

, remove the tine

and the related block "

Replace the pick-up tine

with a new one of the same type. Screw
back the block

and the bolt

B”.
Replace the band

inserting it over the screws

and then push
it all the way against the screw.
Finally screw back the 4 screws "

" with a tightening value of
15Nm.
