8.3_BALE TYING AND UNLOADING
When the bale is finished the red light on the
terminal of the control system comes on together
with an acoustic signal, because the black pointer of
the pressure gauge reaches the red mark
“R”
(value
preset using the adjustment knob
“P”
) and the tying
has to be started manually.
pressure max. = 190bar
At this point press the twine binding button (or net wrapping button) located on the “FF Control” terminal,
depending on the type of tying device (twine binder/net wrapper) being used as described in the paragraphs:
7.6.1_Loading and operation of the SINGLE TWINE binder,
7.6.2_Loading and operation of the DOUBLE TWINE binder,
7.6.3_Loading and operation of the NET WRAPPER.
After binding, open the hatch to eject the bale onto flat ground and not near people, then re-close the hatch.
When opening the hatch, a releasing gear is operated automatically, separating the catenary transmission.
It is recommended to decrease the PTO shaft speed during the opening and closing phases of the
hatch.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that the tailgate is closed, visually checking that the
pointer of the pressure gauge is between the yellow sector and the
green sector indicating a pressure between 80
130bar
Two bale extractors can be mounted on the tailgate in the position marked
"E"
on both sides.
These extractors are needed to facilitate bale ejection when the product is
damp or for silage.
In other cases the extractors are not useful and therefore do not need to
be mounted.
