Choosing functions
Functions are divided into menus and sub-menus (graphical bar),
which make the display easier to understand.
To select a function, press the
MODE button, as shown in the
diagram. The diagram shows you approximately how long the
MODE button should be held down (near the arrows). To help you
identify the functions and acquire information about their
characteristics, a description is provided here below, indicating
the functions in the order in which they appear on the display
.

Starting
Put the key into the ignition switch and turn it to . A check for all
operations will automatically appear for 3 seconds, after which
the last function used before turning off the vehicle will appear.
The check is automatically performed every time the
key is turned to

If the check is not displayed, contact an authorised
MALAGUTI Dealer.
SPEED
This function uses a numerical value, displaying speed in km/h or mph.
This is the only function that is shown on the display at all times.
SERVICE FUNCTION
When you turn the ignition key in the switch
to the
position, after the display functions
have been checked, the page illustrated
hereby appears. It says how much time
there is before the next check is due, as
indicated in the PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
AND LUBRICATION table on page 30.
When it is time for the check (you have
travelled the relative distance), the next time
you start your vehicle, the page illustrated
hereby appears and remains active all the
time the vehicle is at a standstill.
