Warranty:
All our products are covered with a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise
stated, from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this
warranty.
Items made of stainless steel, are covered with a 2 year warranty.
The warrenty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the
time of delivery of the purchased product.
The warranty only comes into force if the original purchase invoice can be
presented.
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid purchase invoice,
you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.
In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of
use of your product, we guarantee the replacement by an identical product,
or product with the similar characteristics.
The manufacturer`s warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. alteration of the colour)
- any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal/abusive
use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product.
- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use,
the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the product.
Any further claim against the manufacturer e.g. for damages additional to
the above described warranty is expressly excluded.
No claims can be made for incorrect use of the product, or incorrect
installation of the product.
Applicable is without any exceptions the Dutch law
Instructions for use:
The user is responsible for the correct installation and use of our products,
in case of any doubt the user should contact his dealer or the manufacturer
for advice.
We decline any sort of responsibility for direct or indirect material or
physical damages due to incorrect installation, use or assembly of all our
products, including damages to motorcycles and/or other components or
persons.
