If the autostart function is active, the device automatically
recognizes a strip that is placed on the transport tray and starts the
measurement. If the autostart function is inactive, you will find the
new activity‑button in the upper right corner of the start screen.
In this case, the instrument only starts a measurement if you press
the activity‑button

9. Enter sediment
The
Enter sediment
menu only shows urine chemistry results for
which an additional entry of sediment findings is necessary. You
can determine freely, which results need to receive additional
sediment findings as well as the actual sediment parameters
chapter 8.4 Sediment options, page 17)

NOTICE
To add sediment parameters, you have to activate the Enter
sediment function and define sediment parameters first.

You can set the filter for these results under sediment settings

the filter has been set and activated. Already existing results will
not be filtered afterwards

To enter sediment findings for the displayed result, press the activity
button
. A new screen appears, in which you can choose from
a list of sediment parameters on the left side of the screen

and confirm your selection with the activity‑button
