HYDRA PLUS – LT LIGHT
2: Update by USB Disk
The updating of Hydra PLUS can be done using a USB disk.
Remember. Store the active show in a file before to upda te the console.
To update the software by USB disk, it’s needed:
1.
A PC Windows and the file of the update software folder (downloaded in Internet). In
this folder there are several files and a program named installHydraPlus.exe . This
program must be executed in your PC.
Access to the FILE menu of this program and select the desired update option, in this
case,
Update by USB . A dialogue Window is opened to search the folder that has the
update files, this folder is the same that contents this program, and this folder is the
folder selected by default. Accept it to start the update process.
Before to create the update USB disk, the system requests you the unit letter where is
connected the USB disk (normally D, E or F), enter the adequate letter to begin the
process the creation of the update USB disk.
2. In the console, connect the USB disk in any of the USB ports of the console with the
console at off, and after

4. Access to the MENU 79: TOOLS Option 2: Update by USB Disk
After to selection this option, the update process begins. Follow the instructions in the
screen.
3: LT-Light Ebox Configuration
LT-Light Ebox allows you to obtain 2 DMX universes from Ethernet.
Remember that Ethernet has 9 nets, and each net a maximum of 16 DMX
universes.
Each Ebox can configure its 2 DMX outputs as any of the Ethernet universes
presents in any of the 9 nets, furthermore this configuration can be changed if
needed.
For this, Hydra Plus has a menu inside Tools that allows you to configure any
connected Ebox (Ethernet <-> Dmx). To access to this menu press
MENU 79
and select its
option
