C. TOUCH SCREEN REPLACEMENT:

1. Disconnect power to the closer.
2. Remove the front cover of the screen enclosure
(six phillips head self tapping screws).
3. Remove the four screws holding the touch
screen to the four standoffs.
4. Disconnect the connector from the board and
remove the touch screen.
5. Plug the connector into the new screen. Install
the replacement screen to the four standoffs
(replace the screen so the connector is down).
Replace the front cover.
D. FEEDBELT DRIVE MOTOR REPLACEMENT:

1. Disconnect power to the closer.
2. Remove the back cover and lower cover of the
893 closer.
3. Disconnect the motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the four motor mounting screws and
remove the motor.
5. Remove the coupling from the end of the old
motor.
6. Slide the coupling onto the drive shaft of the
new motor until it seats to the end of the drive-
shaft and tighten the coupling set screw.
7. Install the new motor and tighten the four
mounting screws.
8. Install the motor electrical connector.
