I.

LOK SENSOR ADJUSTMENT:
Figure 5.15

1.

Insert the closure strip into the printer and clos-
er lok track.

2.

Cycle the closer several times to make sure the
closure strip has advanced to the correct closing
location.

3.

Loosen the two screws attaching the lok detec-
tor mounting bracket to the infeed track.

4.

Adjust the height of the lok detector so the red
sensing light dot is located on the closure
between the closure opening and the web of the
lok strip. The light dot should also be centered
side to side in the slot.

5.

Tighten the two mounting screws.
