How To Perform Measurement
How To Calculate Power Loss

•

Measurement data file of gate charge measurement software

Prepare a measurement data file that measured any measurement item.

Step 2.

On the software palette, click the Power Loss Calculation icon

. The Power Loss

Calculation software (Figure 3-3) opens.

Step 3.

Select the assumed load type to calculate the power loss in the Conditions area on
the work area.

Inductive

Step 4.

Specify the measurement data files to be used for power loss calculation and load
them.

1. Specify the measurement data file of the I/V measurement software to load.
