LN - Machine Data Parameters
The load capacity of the elevator, in lbs or Kg, depending on US02 System
Units (ft/min or m/s).
This parameter has no function and is only used for reference.
This parameter can be used to estimate the gear ratio if it is not known.
After correctly entering values into LM02 Motor Speed, US06 Contract
Speed, LN01 Traction Sheave Diameter, LN03 Roping Ratio, read this value
and then enter this value into LN02 Gear Reduction Ratio.
Then, to verify, run the car at inspection speed, measure the actual speed
with a hand tach. If the car speed is slower than the adjusted LS03 Inspec-
tion Speed, then increase LN02 Gear Reduction Ratio. If it is higher than
the adjusted inspection speed, decrease LN02 Gear Reduction Ratio.
