Note

tion.
– The appliance is used to dispense tem-
pered drinking water of approved food
quality for self-service. In order to en-
sure this, the water in the appliance is
cleaned by the Hy-Protect filter.
– In order to ensure the water quality of
the dispensed water, only drinking wa-
ter from a public water utility may be
used. Here, the quality must comply
with at least the guideline of the World
Health Organization (WHO).
– To improve the taste, every appliance-
model is equipped with an additional
Active Pure filter (sintered active carbon
block).
– This device is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental abili-
ties or lacking experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised
by a person responsible for their safety
or are instructed by these persons on
the use of the device. Children should
be supervised, to ensure that they do
not play with the device.
– The appliance should not be used in
commercial kitchens
– The installation and start-up of the appli-
ance must only be performed by trained
specialists.
– If the public drinking water supply must
be accessed to install the appliance, the
specialist personnel must have a permit
as required by the local regulations.
– The socket must be secured through a
wrong current protection switch with a
triggering current of 30 mA.
– The installation must be excecuted as
per the service manual 5.906-418.0.
– To protect from water damage caused
by a burst water supply hose, we rec-
ommend the installation of a locking
system and an aqua stop (sold sepa-
rately) in the water supply line.
– The appliance must be installed in frost-
free rooms.
– Do not use or park the device in the
open.
– The interior of the appliance must only
be accessible to the operator, who has
read these operating instructions. After
care and maintenance work on the inte-

Water flows from the water input through
the Active Pure filter and the Hy-Protect fil-
ter. Depending on the button pressed, the
water will flow through the on-demand heat-
er, the cooling module or directly to the wa-
ter output.
When carbonated water is required (op-
tion), the water (option) will be enriched with
carbon dioxide.
The entire water system will be automati-
cally hygienised by heating in regular inter-
vals.
The appliance is ready to operate during
the adjustable operation times. When the
appliance is not operated, it is in the "power
save" mode (energy save mode). No water
can be dispensed while the appliance is in

The adjustment of the operating periods is
