5.1.9
Analog output
Different internal values can be output as a standard signal at the analog out-
put.
5.1.10 RS422/485
Interface parameters for RS422/485 (see interface description)
Value / settings
Description
Signal type
This setting specifies the standard signal that should be out-
put.
Switched off
Output does not emit signal.
0 to 20 mA
Output emits the "Value to be output" in the form of a current
signal.
4 to 20 mA
0 to 10 V
Output emits the "Value to be output" in the form of a voltage
signal.
2 to 10 V
0 to 5 V
1 to 5 V
Value to be output
This setting involves the selection of the value that should be
output at the analog output.
Load voltage
Example:
The load voltage can vary between 0 and 380 V depending on
the device type.
As the signal range is set per default to 0 to 9999.9, the end
value must be adjusted to 380.0 to make use of the full signal
range.

Device address
0 to 1 to 255
According to Modbus specification, the address 0 is actually
not permitted. In the IPC 300 it is used to switch off the signal-
ing of a bus error.
Therefore if the power controller has an RS422/485 interface,
and this is not connected to an active bus, you can suppress
the "bus error" error message by changing the address to 0.
