4. Position the upper intake manifold onto the lower intake manifold.
5. Apply Mopar® Lock and Seal Adhesive (Medium Strength Threadlocker) to each upper intake manifold
bolt.
6. Install the intake manifold bolts and tighten bolts in the sequence shown in illustration to 12 N.m (105 in.
lbs.).

7. Connect the PCV hose (1) to the upper intake manifold.
