Transport Slips

Detect abnormal Banknotes transportation while the transport is

processing (Transport Slippage). Sensor does not detect a Banknote

even though the number of Banknotes transported is more than the

accepted value.

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors.

[Relative Parts] Feed Motor, Escrow Sensor, Store Flap Sensor,

Validation Sensor

If the error is not resolved, change the above relative part or parts.

Transport Time Out

Detect an abnormal Banknotes transportation error when transporting or

rejecting Banknotes (e.g., Transportation Locks-up or its operation is too

slow). Sensors do not detect movement even though Banknote

transportation time is longer than the accepted value.

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors.

[Relative Parts] Feed Motor, Escrow Sensor, Validation Sensor

If the error is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.

Transport Motor

Lock-up

While operating the Feed Motor, no pulse inputs exist greater than the

rated value (when a Banknote is in transport position where it can be

returned, reject the Banknote).

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors.

[Relative Parts] Feed Motor

If the error is not resolved, change the above related part.

Transport Speed

High

While performing a transportation process, the pulse interaction was

shorter than the accepted value.

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors.

[Relative Parts] Feed Motor

If the error is not resolved, change the above related part.

Abnormal Timing

Response

Sensor detected a Banknote remaining in path or none present during

an abnormal timing interval.

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors.

[Relative Parts] Intake Sensor, Stack-in Sensor, Store Flap Sensor,

Escrow Sensor, RC Flap Sensor, Validation Sensor

If the error is not resolved, change the above related part or parts.

Side Sensor

Problem

The Side Sensor detected a level in-between limits before it passed in

the Banknote through the Guide Sensor, and after it passed the

Banknote through the Side Sensor, and the value was greater than an

acceptable value.

[Solution] Check that the following parts are properly assembled and/or

Harness connected, and clean all of the Sensors

[Relative Parts] Side Sensor

If the error is not resolved, change the above related part.
