Since we wanted to deploy the NK.bin OS runtime image to the Compact Flash storage card,
select the “
Load specific image file copied from
” option, click the
Browse
button to bring up the
file selection dialog box, navigate to the “C:\MyOSImage” directory and select the
NK.bin
file.
At this point, the DiskPrep utility screen should look similar to the following, as shown in Figure
H2.

Click on the
OK
button to format the Compact Flash, configure the Compact Flash with
BIOSLoader
and
NK.bin
CE 6.0 OS runtime image file.

After the DiskPrep completed the process, go through the proper step to disconnect the “USB to
Compact Flash adapter” from the development station, to prevent file corruption to the
Compact Flash storage.
The compact flash storage card is now configured with BIOSLoader with NK.bin CE 6.0 OS runtime
image.
