i-SmartCare 10 Blood Gas Analyzer

Appendix C: Warranty

The warranty period for the analyzer and its components except cartridge is one year 
from the date the product was purchased.

The product quality is assured only when the analyzer was operated under the normal 
condition in accordance with the operator’s manual and properly maintained.

Any of the following will be serviced at customer’s expense:

 

•

Any failure occurred due to the customer’s negligence

 

•

Any damage caused by external force or drop

 

•

Any malfunction caused by using unapproved consumables or parts

 

•

The failure caused by not following the cautions listed in the operator’s manual 
or failing to observe the cautions or the following installation and operation 
instructions of the product

 

•

Any damage caused during disassembling, repair or remodeling of the analyzer by 
a person not authorized from © i-SENS

 

•

Breakdown caused by using wrong electrical power

 

•

Any failure due to customer’s negligence or lack of care

 

•

Any damage by natural disasters (thunder lightening, fire, storm, flood, etc.)

 

•

Any consumable parts (i.e. battery)
