8. Troubleshooting

Printer

In case you experience one of the following issues:

•

The printer does not print.

•

The printer does not feed paper.

1. Check if the connection between the analyzer and the power outlet is

loose.

2. Open the printer cover.

3. If the printer is out of paper, load paper.

4. If the paper is jammed, remove the jammed paper and press the

RESET

switch located on the left side of the printer.

5. Connect the power adapter.

When the analyzer is running on a battery and the battery level is below

80 %

, the print function is not available.
