6. Shutdown

i-SmartCare 10 Blood Gas Analyzer

Power Recovery

Cartridge Restart

•

Even if the power is off during the usage, cartridge can be re-started upon
rebooting the analyzer with the following conditions:



The analyzer is in Ready state or in process of calibration when the
power is interrupted, and the power is restored within 12 hours.



The analyzer is analyzing a sample when the power was interrupted
and the power is restored within 20 minutes.



The analyzer was measuring the QC when the power was out, and
the power was restored within 12 hours.

•

There is no restart limitation of restarts from one cartridge.

•

If the analyzer is turned off longer than 12 hours, the cartridge will
expire.

Cartridge Restart

normally takes about 19 minutes.

3. Once completed, the analyzer returns to the

Ready

status.
