B.9.3 PROCEDURA DI
APERTURA DELLA GRU

L’operatore deve eseguire

l’apertura della gru mantenendosi sul
lato colonna, al fine di evitare
collisioni con parti in movimento
della gru stessa (vedi A.1.5).

Richiudere fino a fine corsa il cilindro 2°
braccio (articolazione) mediante
l’apposita leva (1).

Successivamente alzare il 1° braccio,
agendo sulla leva di comando del
martinetto di sollevamento in modo tale
da permettere di ruotare liberamente il
2° braccio (2).
Quindi portare il 2° braccio in
orizzontale agendo sul cilindro di
articolazione (3).

B.9.3 PROCEDURE FOR
OPENING THE CRANE

The operator should open the

crane from the column side to avoid
collisions with moving parts of the
crane (see A.1.5).

Fully close the 2nd boom cylinder
(articulation cylinder) by means of the
lever on the control valve (1).

Then lift the 1st boom by moving the
control lever of the lifting cylinder so that
the 2nd boom can rotate freely (2).
Than take the 2nd boom into the
horizontal by using the articulation
cylinder (3).

B.9.3 ÖFFNUNGS-
VERFAHREN DES KRANS

Der Bediener muss sich beim

Öffnen des Krans an der Säuleseite
befinden, um Zusammenstöße mit
den beweglichen Kranstrukturen zu
vermeiden (siehe A.1.5).

Der Zylinder des 2. Auslegers (Gelenk-
zylinder) sind mit dem entsprechenden
Hebel ganz einzufahren (1).

Danach durch Betätigen des
Bedienungshebels des Hubzylinders
den 1. Ausleger so heben, dass der
2. Ausleger frei drehen kann (2).
Dann kann der 2. Ausleger durch das
Einwirken auf den Gelenkzylinder in die
Horizontallage versetzt werden (3).
