Fuel Filter

Component

Removal

1 . Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the

negative (-) battery cable.

2. Disconnect the water sensor connector , the heater

connector , and the thermostat connector .

3. Disconnect the fuel inlet tube quick-connector and

the fuel outlet tube quick-connector .

4. Disconnect the injector return tube quick-connector

5. Unscrew the fuel filter bracket installation nuts and

then remove the fuel filter from the engine. .

Installation

1. Installation is reverse of removal .
