Installing Devices
The scenario requirements for the communication between the CIM and BIM are as follows:
It is recommended that the CIM be installed on the wall which is outside the battery bus
bar box (BBB box), outside the battery switch cabinet, and near the BBB box.
It is recommended that the distance between the CIM and BIM be within 15 meters.
The CIM should be installed 1 meter higher than the ground. The surrounding area of the
antenna should not be blocked, and the antenna should be perpendicular to the ground.
At least one side should be visible between the CIM and the battery rack.
When two battery cabinets form one battery string, the side panel between the battery
cabinets is not configured.
If the CIM is installed in a battery cabinet, the battery cabinet should meet the following
requirements:
Porosity requirements of the front and rear doors: The hole size is 5.0 mm, the porosity
rate is 60%, and the porosity area is more than 70%.
Battery layer requirements: The battery layer should have a gap greater than 70 mm on
both left and right sides.
