SNMP
SNMP View Entry
Use the SNMP View Entry page to configure SNMP views. These SNMP views allow network manag-
ers to control access to different parts of the MIB hierarchy permitting or denying access to objects.
Once configured, views are associated to access control groups to complete access privileges.
To access the SNMP View Entry page, click
System > Advanced Configuration > SNMP > View
Entry
in the navigation menu.

Field
Description
View Name
The name that identifies the SNMP view.
OID Tree
The ASN.1 subtree to be included or excluded from the view.
View Type
Type of access granted to the specified ASN.1 subtree:
Included – Access is granted to this subtree.
Excluded – Access is denied to this subtree.
