CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY
INSTALLATION
Clean any oil and grease from the pulley faces and clutch
outer. Replace the contaminated clutch shoes.
Clean the pulley faces.
Apply grease to new oil seal lips and install them into the
movable driven face.
Coat new O-rings with grease and install them onto the
movable driven face.
Apply grease to the inside surface the movable driven
face.
Install the movable driven face onto the driven face.
Apply grease to the guide pins and install them into the
holes in the driven face.
Fill the movable drivenface in side with grease (5.0 – 5.5
g).
