REMOVAL

Remove the front wheel 

(page 14-12).

HUB

Remove the front brake caliper 

(page 16-14).

Remove the cotter pin, nut and front wheel hub.

COTTER PIN

NUT

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the bolts and brake disc.

BOLTS

BRAKE DISC

Remove the dust seal.

DUST SEAL

ASSEMBLY

Apply grease to a new dust seal lip and install it to

the hub.
