FUEL SYSTEM

PRIMER KNOB

Install the spring primer knob assembly, and tighten

SCREWS

the two screws securely.

PRIMER KNOB ASSEMBLY

VACUUM CHAMBER

Install a new O-ring into the air joint groove.

SCREW

SET PLATE

Install the set plate into the air joint groove.

Install the air joint into the carburetor body, aligning

O-RING

the set plate groove with the lug on the carburetor

body, and tighten the screw.

AIR JOINT

GROOVE AND LUG

Install the needle clip onto the jet needle.

DIAPHRAGM/PISTON

STANDARD CLIP POSITION: 2nd groove from top

Install the washer onto the jet needle and insert the

JET NEEDLE

jet needle into the vacuum piston.

Install the spring into the needle holder and set the

needle holder into the vacuum piston.

WASHER

SPRING

NEEDLE HOLDER

Turn the needle holder 90 degrees clockwise while

NEEDLE HOLDER

pressing it until it locks.
