FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING

Turn the inner race of the steering shaft bearing

with your finger. The bearing should turn smoothly

and quietly. Also check that the bearing outer race

fits tightly in the frame.

BEARING REPLACEMENT

Remove the upper and lower dust seals.

DUST SEALS

Remove the snap ring.

SNAP RING

BEARING

Drive the steering shaft bearing out of the frame.

Drive in a new bearing squarely with the marked

DRIVER

side facing up until it is fully seated.
