Replace electrical heater safety surface thermostat (THe)
N O T E
To disconnect this component properly from the Electrical box, see the
Electrical wiring diagram
chapter of this
manual.

Remove service cover.

Disconnect the safety thermostat (THe) by pulling
upwards the faston connections.

Open the insulation carefully over the fixing nuts (both
sides).

Remove x2 nuts (M3) by using box spanner.

Install the Surface thermostat by using thermic paste on the contact surface.
N O T E
Be sure that the contact surface of the new thermostat is completely joined with the heater surface.

Tighten the nuts with box spanner.

Cover the surface thermostat with the insulation remove
in point 2.

Connect again the faston connections in to a new sur-
face thermostat and cover it by using cap attached with
the wire.
N O T E
Ensure a perfect insulation inside Surface thermostat,
in case of not good insulation can be a dangerous by
condensing water in to the top of the heater.
