Minimum on time and ON/OFF time cycle

In order to reduce Thermo ON/OFF Cycles per hour, there are two additional functions for ON/OFF Thermostat.
These two functions are:

Minimum ON Time: When Thermostat is demanded, a minimum ON time will be applied (including when demand
is OFF)

Minimum OFF Time: When Thermostat is demanded, a minimum OFF time will be applied.
