SQL UPDATE
creates a new row in the
result set
(intermediate
memory). The values of the individual cells are copied from the
bound Q parameters. The transaction is defined via the
HANDLE
to
be specified.
SQL INSERT
takes all columns into consideration that were
specified with the
SELECT
instruction (SQL command
SQL
EXECUTE
). Table columns without corresponding
SELECT
instruction (not contained in the query result) are assigned defaults
values.
