14.3 Cleaning

WARNING

Cut the power to the terminal before cleaning it!

CAUTION

The following must not be used: Concentrated acids and
caustics, solvents, pure alcohol, cleaning agents contain­
ing chlorine or salt.

The protection film on the device's keyboard is resistant
to acetone, trichloroethylene, alcohol, ether, nitric acid
(20%), hexane, sulfuric acid (20%) and all-purpose clean­
ers.

For cleaning, use a clean, soft cloth sprayed with a stan­
dard commercially available dish-washing or glass-clean­
ing liquid. Do not spray the cleaner directly onto the de­
vice.

When using cleaning agents containing acids, caustics or
alcohol, the device must be cleaned off afterward with
clear water.
