Paper jams at lever 1a or knob 1c

Open the front cover of the High 
Capacity Tray Unit.

Move the lever 1a to the right, and 
then turn the knob 1c clockwise. 
Remove the jammed paper.

Note

•

If paper is torn, check for any 
torn pieces of paper in the 
unit.

3

Return the lever 1a to the original 
position.

4

Close the front cover of the A3+ High Capacity Tray Unit.

Note

•

A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the front cover of the High 
Capacity Tray Unit is even slightly open.
