Select a received call record
p
The caller ID is displayed if it was provided; and if this caller has been stored in the Phonebook, the
phone number, name, and icon are displayed. If the same phone number is stored with multiple names
in the Phonebook, the name and icon that come first in search order (see page 105) are displayed.
If there was an incoming packet communication, the sender’s access point name (APN) is displayed.
When the other party’s phone number is not notified, the reason for no caller ID is displayed.

For missed calls, the ring time is displayed on the right of the received date and time.
p
Press or to make a voice call to the displayed number.
Press to make a video-phone call.
p To add the record to the Phonebook, press ( ). Go to step 2 on page 100.

Do the following operations.

p If you set “Missed calls display” of “Ring time” to “Not display”, missed calls within the mute duration are not displayed in the Received
Calls.
p You can make a voice call (or video-phone call) to the most recent phone number in Received Calls by pressing ( ) and
then from the Stand-by display.
p
When you receive a call with the additional phone number of Multi number, the registered name and number are displayed below the
phone number on the detailed Received Call display.
p You can neither save phone numbers of 64K data communication and packet communication from Received Calls to the Phonebook,
nor compose new mail messages or SMS for them.
p When a call comes in from a party who uses a dial-in phone number, a different phone number might be displayed.

Function menu Operations
Notify caller ID You can set whether to notify your caller ID. (See page 51)
Prefix numbers You can add a prefix number. (See page 62)
International dial You can make an international call. (See page 56)
Multi number You can select the phone number to be notified to the other party. (See page 392)
Ringing time You can display the ring time for missed calls. Even if you set “Missed calls display” of “Ring time” to
“Not display”, missed calls within the mute duration and their ring time are displayed.
p You cannot operate from the Function menu of the detailed Received Calls display or Missed Call Record.
Add to phonebook You can store the data in the Phonebook. (See page 100)
Add desktop icon You can paste the phone number to the desktop. (See page 133)
Compose message You can compose a mail message to send to the phone number set as the destination address.

Compose SMS You can compose an SMS message to send to the phone number set as the destination address.
